What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the overall integrity of the Corrigo system and support the account team with proper system use and configuration
• Contribute to regional and global adoption of programs and implement new technology and best practices
• Configure and implement solutions tailored to account-specific needs
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports related to work order activity and performance management
• Provide training and support for new users and maintain documentation for system processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications, performance management, and data analytics
• Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets
• Proficient in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
