Team Internet's Online division is looking for an Account Manager - Reseller. The North American and European markets are traditionally very strong for Team Internet, though there exists a clear opportunity to expand its customer base within the regions. With primary offices in UK, Vancouver, Canada and Santiago, Chile, Germany, France and Poland, Team Internet’s local reputation and global reach means that it is ready to embark on its next stage of aggressive growth.
Reporting to the Head of Reseller Sales for Reseller for Team Internet’s Online Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our longtail reseller accounts with the goal to grow them.
This is an international role, which involves travel to industry events and customer meetings, circumstances permitting.
Key outcomes of the role
- Identify and deliver Sales Opportunities from the existing Reseller customer base
- Work with the Head of Enterprise Sales to formulate and execute relevant strategies for managing specified customers
- Supporting the overall Reseller ambition in making Team Internet number 1 in the sector
- Use market/internal data to identify new opportunities and avenues of growing existing business - drive organic growth across the division (including but not limited to new products and new markets)
- Seek opportunities to develop relationships with key customer personnel to increase client satisfaction, foster close and lasting ties, as well as open new growth opportunities
- Pursue new business leads where required
- Exceeding team and personal sales targets, managing existing clients across a varied product set
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and OKR's
- Using CRM for accurate and timely reporting
- Work with Marketing to design and deliver relevant and successful campaigns targeting existing clients
- Represent Team Internet at on-and off-line events as required
About you
- Have a passion for growing business from pre-existing account base, and to close new business leads
- Bring demonstrable experience in sales management experience and on-target revenue delivery on an international scale
- Selling in a fast-paced and changing environment, with a strong desire to inspire to succeed
- Bring the experience of working with SMB and Enterprise clients
- Evidence of making things happen, creating a ‘buzz’ in the marketplace and stimulating opportunities
- Understand Sales CRM and the ability to maintain their own sales admin process
- Excellent communication skills in German and English – written and spoken
- Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective and proactive team-working skills
- Creativity, entrepreneurship and the ability to adapt and overcome
- Domain industry experience preferred but not essential

- Ability to maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong German and English language skills are required
