What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of data analysis, metrics, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions
• Stay updated on new technologies to enhance data reporting and analysis capabilities
• Identify and address data quality gaps to drive process improvement
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Simplify and automate reporting processes for maximum efficiency and self-service capability
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent related experience
• Three to five years' experience in an analytics role at a financial institution
• Three to five years' experience in data analysis using SQL
• Three to five years' experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
