Role Purpose

Gold Standard seeks an Impact Registry invoicing associate for 8 month to aid the Registry Team in enhancing the experience for our stakeholders during the Gold Standard certification process. This is a remote position that can be located in UK, Germany or India.

Primary Responsibilities

Providing support to the Gold Standard Impact Registry team, including:

  • invoicing newly approved registry account applications
  • supporting registry account management
  • liaising with Gold Standard Impact Registry team members whilst handling invoice related enquiries that come into the organisation in a timely, helpful, and efficient manner.
  • providing invoicing support during the project certification process, including the creation and verification of invoices


Required Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a fast moving office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for making efficiency improvements to existing processes
  • Ability to work independently and to deadlines
  • Solid skills in the use of MS Office programs and general aptitude for the use of IT systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the environment or sustainable development a plus
