Our digital team works closely with colleagues across the Charity, particularly those in the Marketing, Fundraising and Policy Directorate as well as fellow technology and data analyst colleagues.


We are seeking a Full Stack Developer, preferably with C# .net experience, Next.JS and CMS exposure. Operating within an Agile culture and methodology they will be working closely with and supporting the Lead Developer to implement a range of innovative web and product development projects.


You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the development head and leads to help in the definition of technical solutions to business challenges or opportunities.
  • Taking responsibility for the quality and technical output of the code generated, ensuring adherence to best practices and agile methodologies.
  • Working collaboratively with project managers and product owners to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Actively contributing to all SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Inputting into analysis and technical design when required. Be fully involved in implementation, integration, testing and support.


Key Criteria:

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Programming in C#, ASP.NET, with experience developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js or React.js.
  • Knowledge of contemporary web and software development methodologies and toolsets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce good quality written technical documentation.
  • Proactive, organised and with good time management and planning skills.

Salary: £44,550 - 49,489 depending on experience

Contract: Permanent.

Based: This role is predominantly home-based and can be based anywhere within the UK. You’ll be required to travel into our offices once a month.
