At Foxelli Group, we’re an innovation-driven e-commerce company managing globally recognized brands. With 10 years of excellence and $20 million in annual revenue through our direct-to-consumer (D2C) model, we’re growing fast and looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a Junior Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience. If you lack recruitment experience, this role is not for you.

You should love connecting with people, conducting interviews, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, along with an ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do:

  • CV Screening: Review resumes and identify top candidates.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct video interviews to assess suitability.
  • Sourcing: Use job boards and LinkedIn to find talent.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate pipelines using Recruitee or similar ATS.
  • Cultural Fit Interviews: Ensure candidates align with Foxelli’s values.
  • Employer Branding: Help enhance Foxelli Group’s employer brand.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process.
Job requirements


  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruitment, including CV screening and initial interviews.
  • Sourcing Skills: Basic knowledge of social media and job boards, especially LinkedIn.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • ATS Experience: Familiarity with Recruitee or similar ATS is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: €600-€700 + bonus, after taxes (depending on your skills and experience).
  • Note: This role requires a self-employment certificate.
