Position : Sales Associate

Working Hours : 40-hour work week, 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday availability required

Rotating days off (Tuesday-Friday); Saturday/Monday typically required

Salary Range : 2000-3000 USD/month including incentives

About The Company

We are a US-based dog grooming business that is providing a fresh new way to keep our customer's dogs clean and healthy. You will be the voice of Scenthound to prospective customers who are interested in signing up for our membership and well as a customer service representative to serve our existing members.

About The Role

This person would need to have perfect english with almost no accent. Would also need experience running a call-center sales team. Full-time sales associate position (not starting as manager); Potential for future management role

Duties And Responsibilities

• Customer education on dog grooming services
• Make outbound phone calls to warm leads who've requested info via ads, follow up with potential members and convert to paying members through health and wellness education
• Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pipeline of leads
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
• Manage customer expectations; resolve customer concerns; retain memberships
