Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Make outbound calls to introduce our products/services, identify client needs, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • KPI & Target Management: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, track performance metrics, and work to improve conversion rates.
  • Database Management: Keep CRM records updated, ensuring accurate lead tracking and communication.
  • Market Research & Lead Qualification: Research new business opportunities and ensure leads meet sales engagement criteria.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Seamlessly handover qualified leads and insights to the sales team, while sharing strategies for better lead generation.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide initial information to prospects, ensuring they understand our offerings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback to improve telemarketing processes and participate in training to enhance skills.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in telemarketing, sales, or business development, with experience hitting KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Persistence & Resilience: Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain focus on targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems to manage leads and appointments.
  • Goal-Oriented: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets.

KPIs:

  • Number of outbound calls made.
  • Qualified appointments set.
  • Conversion rate from calls to appointments.
