THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a SALESFORCE Tech Lead to our Partners team in Portugal!The Salesforce Partner's team is responsible for building and maintaining the sales and renegotiation flows that power the Wellhub partners ecosystem. We tackle the unique challenge of creating solutions that seamlessly scale from single locations to vast networks with thousands of partners (gyms, studios, personal trainers, etc.). We build user-friendly, data-driven products that instill confidence and enable efficient, measurable results for all business areas. Our work directly impacts our network growth, making us a vital contributor to the company's success.YOUR IMPACT
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain features with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and stability to meet or exceed defined SLAs and SLOs;
  • Provide technical expertise in architecture and design processes, tackling the most complex technical challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding in Apex, LWC, Aura, and other relevant technologies used in the stack;
  • Identify and address technical debt and proactively manage the engineering backlog;
  • Develop new solutions and features to meet emerging business needs, ensuring they are delivered on time and with high quality;
  • Work in an agile development environment, rapidly prototyping and iterating on solutions to deliver value quickly;
  • Make sound technical decisions that align with the overall product vision and have a measurable impact on its success;
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Software Engineering and the Technical Program Manager to evaluate task feasibility, propose technical solutions, and document them effectively;
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6 developers located in Brazil and Portugal, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure their professional growth and success;

Who You Are
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce technologies, expert knowledge with Apex, JavaScript and LWC;
  • Strong experience leading a software engineering team;
  • Experience with other programming languages and stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) is a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with engineers, product managers, and designers. Teamwork, communication, and project management are key skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly in English;
  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), ideally with a demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices;
  • Passion for new technologies and a proven track record of analyzing and solving complex technical problem;
  • Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to think creatively and take ownership of projects;
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to release, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality results;
