Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist with a strong focus on AI architecture design in cloud environments, particularly Azure, and expertise in deploying large language models (LLMs) for various applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and ethical AI. This role involves working on cutting-edge AI technologies, developing and maintaining AI models, and ensuring their alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI architectures within cloud environments, with a primary focus on Azure.
- Deploy and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Implement and follow AI ethics, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI practices to ensure fairness and transparency in AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide AI-based solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop and manage AI engineering solutions, including Generative AI (GenAI) techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Utilize Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, or equivalent tools for enhancing AI search and document processing capabilities.
- Work with OpenAI and Single and Multi-Agent Frameworks to build robust AI systems.
- Create and maintain AI pipelines and workflows using tools such as Apache NiFi, Glue, and Airflow.
- Develop backend services using Python and frameworks like FastAPI or equivalent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices, providing thought leadership within the team.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in AI development and deployment, with a focus on cloud environments like Azure.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Proven experience in deploying LLMs and AI pipeline development.
- Expertise in Python programming and frameworks such as FastAPI or equivalent.
- Proficiency with OpenAI and AI agent frameworks (Single and Multi-Agent Systems).
- Experience in Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and tools, including Azure, Glue, and Airflow.
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements from stakeholders effectively and deliver AI solutions.
