We are looking for an account manager to handle

Tasks

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services.
  • Monitor service performance and address any issues or complaints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Willing and able to work according to the US time zone, which aligns with midnight in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience as an account manager or similar role in the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
