As the UX/UI Designer - Cross-Border, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across multiple platforms. As the UX/UI Designer - Cross-Border, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
User Experience Design:
- Develop intuitive user flows and wireframes for mobile, web, and desktop applications, ensuring a seamless user journey across platforms.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Create visually appealing and brand-aligned interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain consistency across all design touchpoints, ensuring a high-quality and cohesive user experience.
- Design solutions that cater to the unique requirements of international markets, considering cultural nuances, regulations, and user behaviors.
- Adapt design strategies to effectively engage diverse user groups across different regions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product management, development, and support, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and cross-border markets.
- Encourage a culture of innovation by exploring new ideas and design methodologies to improve the user experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working in digital-first commerce or service organizations, with a strong portfolio of delivering user-centered design solutions.
- Proven experience in leading design teams, with the ability to make strategic decisions and guide other designers through all stages of product development.( Not Mandatory)
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating user-centered designs across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software.
- Solid understanding of UX writing principles and ability to create effective microcopy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage design workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Ability to design for diverse cultural contexts, understanding how user needs and behaviors vary across markets.
Personal Competencies:
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency in all design outputs.
- Proactive and curious, with a mindset for exploring new trends and technologies to enhance user experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish required.
