Duties will include communicating with clients to provide project updates, facilitating client introductions, and curating our weekly newsletter. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as the successful candidate acclimates to the role.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks: Manage insurance renewals, billing, onboarding, meeting bookings, and minor website updates.
- Financial Management: Perform bookkeeping, oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting; manage job budgets and payments.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries via hello@buildingculture email and manage CRM entries.
- Project Management: Assist with subcontractor logistics and sourcing interior finishes.
- Marketing and Media: Prepare newsletters and podcasts; manage social media posts.
- Other: Create job descriptions and help implement processes.
- QuickBooks Desktop
- Adaptive (for job costing)
- Email/CRM systems
- Google Workspace
- Social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn, especially in construction accounting.
- Prior experience in construction/real estate accounting preferred to understand the unique nature of the business.
- Customer service-focused with an eye for aesthetics.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and financial management preferred.
