UK's fastest-growing software platform in beauty, hair, and wellness. Our mission is to empower the largest but often overlooked group in the industry: self-employed professionals. We provide independent entrepreneurs with a ‘super app’ that includes a booking system,

website builder, marketing tools, and payment solutions, helping them grow and manage their businesses with ease.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our customer and community engagement, helping to ensure that our pros receive world-class support and guidance.

What We Need

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Executive who can manage customer interactions and foster community engagement. You’ll be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support, managing our community groups, and contributing to the overall

growth of the business by sharing insights and ideas for improvement.

Requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer queries via in-app chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email
  • Manage community groups across WhatsApp, ensuring active engagement and assisting with onboarding new members
  • Monitor and review community activities, on our community engagement platform
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest ideas for improvement
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that customer satisfaction remains high

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a start-up environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide proactive feedback and ideas
  • Experience with customer support tools like Intercom is a bonus
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service with a friendly, down-to-earth approach

Benefits

Location & Working Hours:

This role is fully remote, with part-time hours from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm UK time (24 hours per week). There is potential to increase to full-time hours as the business grows. We are open to candidates who prefer to stay part-time or are open to full-time hours in the future.

Salary:

R15 000 - R17 000
