Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover patterns and trends in client behavior, offering insights to enhance customer experience and streamline internal processes, ensuring a data-driven, personalized approach to client satisfaction.
- Data Storytelling: Translate data into compelling narratives that demonstrate how Garner reduces healthcare costs and improves quality of life. Support Sales and Customer Success teams in presenting these insights to both current and potential clients.
- Business Intelligence Development: Design and build BI dashboards and automated tools to deliver scalable, accurate, and clear client-facing reports.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to strengthen Garner’s infrastructure for data-driven decisions. Help define key business metrics, build forecasting models, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startups, investment banking, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL and Python with the ability to conduct complex analyses and generate business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to our mission of improving U.S. healthcare.
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

- Target salary range: $100,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
