What You'll Be Working On: Lumenalta partners with enterprise clients to design and implement innovative digital products that process vast amounts of data, transactions, and customer interactions. As a Solution Architect, you'll tackle complex, real-world problems requiring creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. You’ll be pivotal in architecting and implementing scalable, data-driven solutions that meet the rigorous demands of industries such as FinTech, Logistics,Transportation, Insurance, and Media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Design: Lead the architectural design of Petabyte size data platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Develop and maintain robust data infrastructure to support large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
• Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines from scratch, ensuring the efficient movement, transformation, and storage of large data sets.
• Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership in implementing technologies like PySpark, AWS, Databricks, and other cloud-based solutions. Guide the team in selecting the best tools and practices for specific projects.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and directors, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Influence the strategic direction of data architecture across projects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior data engineering role, with a focus on architecting and delivering business-critical solutions for large enterprises.
• Expertise in Python and proficiency in handling large datasets and raw SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Databricks is essential
• Previous experience with Databricks Clean Rooms will be advantageous
• Proven experience with PySpark, AWS, and other cloud-based technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in building ETL pipelines from the ground up.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, or other complex, data-intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
