- Track and document all call-related information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services when required
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Proficient in navigating Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
- Organizational and prioritization skills
