- Record any abusive or extraordinary calls as required
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Provide strong oral and written communication support to clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in service delivery or call center environments
