- Process research requests promptly to meet turnaround times
- Conduct follow-up communications with practitioners and members regarding research results
- Ensure confidentiality and security of proprietary information
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum one year of experience with 10-key, typing, and computer skills, achieving 8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Strong customer service skills with experience in making outbound calls
- Proven track record of meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
- Experience with claims processing or eligibility verification
