- Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Highly reliable with a proven track record of regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to thrive in an environment with frequent changes and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers
