- Provide answers to member questions by following standard policies and procedures
- Analyze information and develop effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Basic experience with MS Office
- Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters
- Inbound call center experience
- Experience in the health and wellness industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
