- Assist customers with device installation, app setup, and configuration
- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, average handle time, and quality
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving on desktop and mobile platforms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to meet goals
- Experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting apps on iOS and Android platforms
