- Assist customers with device installation, app setup, and configuration

- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for desktop and mobile devices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document customer interactions accurately with limited errors
- Experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting applications on iOS and Android platforms
