Key Responsibilities

As a valuable member, your main mission is to bolster customer relationships through daily interactions and assistance. Collaborating closely with our Account Managers, you'll be instrumental in crafting outstanding customer experiences. Your role involves maintaining specialized processes and procedures, making you a true ambassador for boxxe. With your top-notch communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and superb organization, you'll shine as a team player. Count on focused training and mentorship from our internal sales team to accelerate your growth and expertise. Join us for an exciting journey!

What you'll be doing

  • Creating new quotes and follow up on existing quotes
  • Liaising with vendors for pricing and quote queries
  • Provide suppliers with updates on quote progress.
  • Processing POs/Orders and handling queries
  • Liaising with customers/internal teams/partners
  • Tenders and contract admin
  • NetSuite/System admin
  • Register, update and revalidate DRs
  • Customer engagement via phone and email when required

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
  • Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail
  • Great people person with an enthusiasm for working with others
  • You'll be proactive with a real thirst for knowledge and development
  • Computer literate with an understanding and passion for new technology and tools
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced working environment
