What you’ll do

  • Raise awareness and generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Manage your own book of accounts and determine the most effective strategy for account management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s value proposition and products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
  • Master tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense to identify and prioritize strategic accounts that support upmarket growth.
  • Organize and implement a multi-channel prospecting approach, maximizing outreach efforts by developing and utilizing sequences in Outreach.
  • Schedule meetings on account executives' calendars and ensure all activities are accurately logged for tracking and follow-up.

  • Have an enthusiasm for Cold Calling: Cold calling is central to this role. Excitement for engaging with potential customers will distinguish you from others.
  • Be relentless in your Work Ethic: Meeting or exceeding the daily activity minimums of 120 activities necessitates a strong work ethic. Self-motivation and discipline are essential for maintaining productivity and focus.

  • Be Strategic: Managing an account book requires a strategic mindset. Success is not only about meeting numbers but also prioritizing accounts and customizing your approach to each one.
  • Take a Multichannel Approach: Success in this role involves mastering tools and processes for multi-channel prospecting. Organizational efficiency and creativity in developing outreach sequences across channels are vital.

Salary Range

The salary or OTE range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonuses, equity, medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, and additional company perk programs.
