- Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports and block compromised accounts
- Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials
- Acquire knowledge to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Follow established procedures and receive detailed instructions on assignments
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of contact center or work from home contact center experience in the last 12 months
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
- Ability to be on camera at all times during work hours
- US-based role only
- Previous work experience in fraud, banking, or collections
- 12 months of contact center or work from home contact center experience
