- Handle inbound and outbound calls for orthopedic services, ensuring timely and helpful responses
- Schedule and pre-register patients efficiently with the correct provider for their needed services
- Review orders and chart information to assist in appointment scheduling
- Redirect calls from wrong callers to the appropriate service area
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support the scheduling team
- Minimum of two years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
- Excellent attendance and customer service skills
- Attentive listening and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team
- Previous experience in a medical setting is required
- Associate's Degree or completion of a medical terminology program
- Two or more years of experience in a medical or clinical setting
- Previous call center work experience
- Familiarity with Epic scheduling and registration systems
- Previous experience in orthopedic care is a plus
