Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions across various platforms
- Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to requests and managing issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their concerns
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences
- A tech-savvy individual with the ability to navigate different software applications easily
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
