Job Description

As a Solutions Product Manager for the Evidence portfolio, you'll deliver impactful outcomes for customers and business in new growth markets. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop initiatives and materials that enhance customer adoption and improve sales effectiveness. Identify industry trends, recommend solutions, and participate in market and business development activities. Adapt to changing market and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and market opportunities to prioritize portfolio decisions.
  • Provide insights and validate market intelligence with key stakeholders.
  • Run voice of customer studies to test portfolio plans.
  • Own regional solution roadmaps and prioritize solutions.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and portfolio strategy development.
  • Manage Voice of the Customer program and analyze results.
  • Lead customer journey and collaborate with associations for thought leadership.
  • Travel as required to customer sites and events.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant technology experience in business planning, market planning, and product management preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market trends and recommend solutions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful customer and business outcomes. Ability to adapt to changing market and customer needs.
  • Experience in the safety or security industry is a plus.
