We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Lead User Researcher to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs and behaviours to inform the design and development of our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure our solutions are user-centered and deliver exceptional experiences.
You'll provide the product teams with insights that inspire and validate the ways they can meet the current and emerging needs of their users. By scoping and crafting research plans, and conducting or supporting research studies, you will relentlessly pursue making our products better for our users.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, using a variety of methodologies such as remote and in-person interviews, usability testing and surveys, to deeply understand our users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise research questions to reinforce understanding of the problem space and user(s).
- Ensure success metrics adequately measure the impact of any new/modified designs.
- Prepare research plans, recruit participants, and facilitate varied user testing sessions.
- Draw clear conclusions and actionable insights from analysing qualitative and quantitative research findings.
- Conduct desk-based assessments (DBAs) exploring existing resources such as literature, studies, and competitor products.
- Triangulate data from research and other sources (such as data analytics) to glean insights and actionable recommendations for our product teams. Line manage, advise and mentor others to ensure appropriate research is conducted and the most suitable methods are applied.
- Represent the voice of our users in the product design process, including working closely with the product teams to take your research into prototyping
