- Take part in sharing, advising best practices in Human Resources
- Ensure the quality of our HR practices to align with business needs
- Ensure our HR practices are compliant to Indonesian regulations
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR (Recruiting, Payroll, Overtime, Performance Review)
- Passionate about sharing & developing HR Best Practices
- Excellent communication, verbal & written
