- Oversee the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients, ensuring they meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Collaborate with the technical support and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Min diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Min 2 years experience in VSAT and airtime.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or maritime sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
