About Our Client Our client is a groundbreaking company within the Energy industry. Job Description IT Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and execute the global IT roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring technological advancements support long-term growth and operational efficiency. Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget, making decisions regarding resource allocation, technology investments, and cost optimization. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of key IT projects. Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals. Team Leadership: Manage a small IT team both locally and remotely, providing mentorship, support, and performance management. Collaborate with and potentially manage remote teams across different locations. Operational Support: Take a hands-on role when needed, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing infrastructure tasks like cabling and system maintenance. Multi-site IT Management: Ensure seamless IT operations across multiple global sites, addressing local and international IT needs, cybersecurity protocols, and network infrastructure. Also lead new offices' openings throughout the world. Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. IT Policy & Compliance: Establish IT governance, data security standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations across all locations. The Successful Applicant Solid experience in IT Management, with a combination of hands-on technical skills and leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing IT teams (preferably including remote teams) and handling multi-site IT operations. Solid project management experience, with the ability to lead complex, high-impact IT projects. Strong technical skills in infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and operational IT tasks. Strategic vision with the ability to align technology with business goals. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and foster collaboration across the company. Speaks both English and French fluently.
