About the job

As our Team Lead Account Management, you will play a crucial role in driving and expanding our existing business to achieve our growth targets. You will motivate and inspire an existing team, developing and sharpening their skills to reach team goals as well as professional development goals. You will leverage your strong cross-functional skills to bring the voice of customers to other departments and define strategies to increase value for our customers. You will join a team of motivated and emotionally intelligent leaders who are collaborative and supportive.


What you'll do in this role


  • You are responsible for leading a team of 4 Account Managers (and growing) that is in charge of delivering revenue targets for our existing customer base
  • You will develop, inspire and coach your team to close skill gaps while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment based on accountability
  • You will evaluate and improve current sales processes and approaches to standardize them across the team with a focus on value-based selling
  • You monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports and forecasts, and make data-driven decisions
  • You work alongside our customer success leadership team to set quarterly targets, and to develop effective campaigns and strategies to increase revenue streams
  • You maintain close collaboration with various cross-functional teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights


What you need to succeed


  • You have a proven track record of leading, hiring and enabling renewal and expansion Teams
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS hitting net revenue retention (NRR) Goals. Experience in fleet management and automotive would be a big plus!
  • You have demonstrated people management experience, including designing, building, and training sales and customer-facing skills and processes
  • You are enthusiastic with a servant leadership style and the ability to inspire others
  • You embody a customer-first attitude, with proven experience in managing customers of different sizes yourself
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • You have high emotional intelligence (empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, internal motivation, social skills)
  • You are fluent in German and English
