Remote Senior Interaction Designer, Design Systems focus with verification

We are looking for a Senior Interaction Designer (IXD) with a focus on Design Systems to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll work on one of our largest accounts, contributing to a design system that touches millions of people per year.

Candidates should have:

• Interaction or product design experience, designing iOS and Android native applications and websites.
• Experience creating or maintaining enterprise-level design systems.
• Maintained Figma libraries across both native and web platforms.
• Experience in creating documentation for single components and larger UX patterns.
• Worked with engineering teams for hand-offs and visual QA.
• Experience helping product organizations adopt new design systems.
• A clear communication style, with the ability to present design work internally for feedback.

• Create prototypes to explain key interactions and flows.
• Work independently on projects with the guidance of your director.
• Partner with teammates of different disciplines including Product Management, Production, and Development.
• Adapt to different working styles and processes, from quick turn optimization to blue sky visioning.
• Embrace challenges, not afraid to get your hands dirty and solution with fellow teammates and clients.
