About The Role

The Patient Marketing Associate is dedicated to creating a best-in-class patient experience and driving patient enrollment. This role focuses on conducting patient research to implement and operationalize innovative acquisition and retention strategies. The patient marketing associate will facilitate growth through patient research and marketing operations. This position requires strong skills in cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, data analysis, and project management to ensure success.

**Compensation:** $70,000 - $90,000 annually

**Schedule:** 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

**Reports to:** Director of Support Services


Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expertise

Become an expert in the lead pipeline, manipulating data to identify targeted enrollment campaign opportunities monthly to achieve enrollment goals.


Patient Research

Conduct research to understand patient needs and build trust for conversion. This includes interviews with patients and providers, analyzing responses into actionable insights regarding the customer lifecycle and value propositions.


Marketing Campaign Development

Recommend and operationalize marketing campaigns aimed at engaging potential patients prior to enrollment outreach. Utilize patient data to assess the need for third-party resources or technological adjustments.


Win-Back" Campaigns

Lead initiatives to re-engage leads that have gone cold, collaborating with the Success team to identify suitable candidates for outreach and monthly marketing material distribution.


Prospective Patient Strategies

Develop processes for engaging prospective patients who have not scheduled an appointment in over 365 days, including appointment checks and re-engagement strategies.


Autodialer Implementation

Implement an autodialer system to prioritize leads for faster conversion, aiming to reduce the time from lead upload to conversion.


Feedback Loop Creation

Establish channels for patient feedback to the Success and Senior Leadership teams. Utilize Salesforce data to provide quarterly analysis on lost patients, reasons for conversion or bounce, and address marketing strategies accordingly.


Bounce Rate Reduction

Develop marketing strategies to keep patients engaged before and after enrollment, aiming for a consistent 5% reduction in patient bounce rates.


Social Media Management:

Manage and execute social media marketing initiatives on platforms like Facebook to increase patient engagement and brand awareness.


Requirements

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience

- 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, customer success, or customer operations

- 2+ years of experience with proficiency in CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) analytics

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Project management experience

- Flexibility to adjust marketing strategies based on patient feedback and changing healthcare regulations

Physical Requirements

- Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace

- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer

- Must be able to hear, see, speak, call, touch, and virtually meet.


Work Environment

The organization provides a remote working environment for team members. To perform the essential functions of this job, remote connectivity is essential. A dedicated workspace with either a cable or fiber optic internet connection offering a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed is required.


The workspace should be private and offer a low noise level conducive to managing frequent professional conversations and virtual meetings. It is also critical that the workspace be HIPAA-compliant. For example, access to the company-issued PC should be restricted, as confidential and privileged data may be handled. Regular camera usage during virtual meetings requires optimal surroundings for privacy.
