About The Role

Customer Support Representatives will offer inbound customer account and administrative processing support for a full-service automotive recovery leader, connecting customers, lenders, and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant automotive recoveries.


Responsibilities

- Provide inbound customer account support, administrative processing support, and data entry, along with other processing tasks

- Handle inbound customer service calls

- Perform data entry and data look-up as required

- Consistently deliver a great customer experience

- Administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders

- Utilize client and/or lender databases, if applicable, to execute specific lender requirements.


Skills

- Ability to work within multiple systems is essential

- Capable of working efficiently in a high multi-tasking environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Previous experience in collection, repossession, or the automotive industry is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products

- Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm


Requirements

- 1-2+ years of related experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Must have a clear background to qualify

- Drug screening required upon offer of employment
