About The Role
The Product Manager role will be pivotal in planning and enhancing the functions that drive the platform. This position will require collaboration across teams with engineers, designers, customer experience managers, and data scientists to design, develop, and create roadmaps for product enhancements. The role is analytical, slightly technical, and can involve hands-on work to support and shape the future product strategy.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Leadership and the CTO to execute and implement the roadmap while validating concepts and new features.
- Project manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists across the entire product lifecycle: from solution discovery through delivery to launch and beyond.
- Lead planning exercises and coordinate cross-team sprint rituals.
- Potentially oversee multiple products or specific features across various products.
- Foster a collaborative work environment where diverse ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives are appreciated and utilized.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in product management.
- A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in building and shipping software products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture, embracing change and adaptation.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and the capability to work independently to accomplish tasks.
