We work fully remotely, across all time zones in the US (and so do our customers!)

Take ownership of our B2B SaaS product interface and user experiences. And work closely with our engineering team to make it a reality.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Advocate: Approach problems with curiosity and high empathy for our users. Understand customers’ needs deeply to design optimal solutions.
• Design for Scale: Spearhead our design system, starting with Figma, UI libraries, and engineering workflows.
• Innovate Daily: Design novel AI interactions and workflows that delight our users.
• User Experience Advocate: Champion the user experience by taking ownership of your work and advocating for important matters. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure your vision is realized.
• Collaborate Closely: Building a product is a team effort; we produce our best work together. Work closely as part of our engineering team with our sales and support teams to ensure we are always solving the right problems.
• Report directly to the CTO
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS applications
• Proven Track Record: Delivering intuitive and innovate designs working closely with cross-functional partners.
• Modern Design Trends: Clear understanding and communication of modern design practices
• Adaptability: You thrive with ambiguity, challenging problem spaces and iterating with real-world feedback.
• Team: Direct experience working closely with an engineering team

• Portfolio review
