Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with German-speaking customers to provide tailored product information and support
- Identify and follow up on potential sales leads to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a premium sales experience
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement sales initiatives
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; fluent in English is an advantage
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role are a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred
