Our client, a leading technology services group, is looking for a highly skilled senior IT audit manager to join their team. This fully remote position can be based anywhere across Europe, with the head of audit in London, UK. In this key leadership role, you will manage a comprehensive audit, compliance, and controls function, driving collaboration and partnership across the business.

IT Audit Senior Manager Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 3-4 direct reports, optimising business processes and functionality within the department and SAP/Hana system.
- IT Audit Management: Lead the planning and execution of IT audit activities, focusing on SAP, IT General Controls (ITGC), security, and application controls.
- System Implementation: Manage the ITGC reporting process, system implementation planning, and the development of protocols.
- Training and Development: Lead, train, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality audit activities, generate reports, and create test results using audit software.
- Education & Certifications: A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent are also highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP, S/4 Hana, IT General Controls, application controls, SOX, user functionality, and IT risk management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leadership and management, including staff training, development, and mentoring.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Travel: Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office; experience with SAP business processes, data analytics, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, SQL) is a significant advantage.
