The Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our remote team. The primary responsibility of this role is to cold call and close deals with prospects in the USA for our website development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA
- Present and promote our website development services to prospects
- Identify and understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly
- Follow up on leads and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and closing deals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions accordingly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Attractive commission of $300 per deal closed
