Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
- CEO Support: Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing strategic and operational support across various functions of the agency.
- Automation and Workflows: Develop and implement internal automations and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Contract Review: Oversee the review of legal contracts, ensuring they meet the needs of the agency.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the account management team to ensure alignment on projects and client needs.
- Meeting Management: Organize and lead team meetings, setting agendas, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring effective communication.
- Sales Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on daily and weekly sales metrics to track progress towards goals.
- Payroll Setup: Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment for staff.
- Tool Management: Utilize tools like Monday.com, Slack, and Gmail to manage projects, communication, and workflow effectively.
- Operational Efficiency: Successfully build and implement workflows and automations that streamline operations and improve team productivity.
- Effective Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with the CEO, account management team, and other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Accurate Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sales metrics and other key operational data.
- Smooth Payroll Operations: Ensure payroll is set up and managed efficiently, with no issues in payment processing.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in operations or a related field, preferably within a media agency or similar environment.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Monday.com, Slack, and Gmail for project management and team communication.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing contracts and tracking metrics.
- Aspirational: Ambitious and eager to grow into a Director of Operations role in the future.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Experience in building and optimizing operational workflows.
