THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist, to work for ALOHAS during outside office hours, in the evenings and at weekends. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase our sales.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Exemplary Customer Service: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Prompt Responses: Address customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to provide seamless support.
  • Problem Solving: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Product Expertise: Become a product expert to confidently answer any questions customers may have.
  • Order Processing: Handle orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver top-notch professional support.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF

  • A professional with at least 2 years of work experience in E-Commerce customer service
  • Display patience and empathy, essential qualities for success in this role
  • Be able to gain immediate credibility and trust
  • Well-organized, reliable, and thorough
  • Be Open to feedback, learn every day, and be ready to showcase your skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Committed to providing exceptional interactions; our customers deserve the best!
  • Possess first-class written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Be resolutive: look for the answers you need!
  • Pay attention to detail
  • At least C1 English level, all other languages at a high level are positively evaluated
  • PC and system literate
  • Passion for fashion is a definite plus!
  • French is a strong advantage
