Responsibilities
Job Description
- Work collaboratively with product team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
- Participate in user research and user testing activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- work independently in the creation of service design deliverables, such as user journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in service design and related fields.
- Help develop and refine service design methodologies and processes.
- Support the development of design presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in user research and/or design thinking methodologies and/or product design 1-3 years
- Broad knowledge in own discipline and other disciplines within the function
- Proficiency in visualization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.
- Certification in Design thinking or service design an advantage
- Languages
- English - B2
- Other EU languages an advantage
- At least Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Finance or similar
