Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential commercial insurance clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales strategies.
- Data Management: Efficiently work with lead data to maintain accurate records of prospects, ensuring all relevant information is up to date in our CRM system.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify quote opportunities and renewal dates to feed into the senior broker pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our insurance solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Telesales team and senior brokers to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support overall sales objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, consistently driving high performance in a competitive environment
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry. (Not Essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. (Essential)
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. (Essential)
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage lead data and maintain accurate records. (Essential)
