As an experienced ML Researcher/Engineer, you will work closely with our platform and product teams, enabling fast iterations and scalable ML solutions.

You understand that these projects take time, and you’re in it for the long run, testing, tweaking, training, and critiquing until your models are as close to perfect as you can get them. Only then you know it's a slim chance it will make it to production, as 80% of models never make it to the outside world!

But that doesn’t put you off, as you’d be joining a team that already found a product market fit for a series of AI-based products in a heavily regulated industry!

Job Requirements

To apply for this job, we have a couple of hard requirements:

• +4 years (commercial) experience in computer vision: 3D, volumetric data, experience with DICOMs
• strong experience in deep learning applications in 2D/3D image processing (not only designing, improving, and validating DL models)
• Proficient in Python and experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow).
• Experience with software development workflows: Git, GitHub, Testing
• Very good communication skills (including an advanced level of English)
• Proactive personality with a mindset to move things forward.
• Able to work asynchronously with a distributed team in a time zone between UTC-1 and UTC+3 (+/-2 hours Amsterdam time)

Bonus points

• Experience with medical imaging
• Experience or desire to work with mesh manipulation algorithms.
• Experience in a regulated environment (complying with ISO norms)
• Experience with model deployment (AWS, Kubeflow, Tensorflow serving, Docker, etc.)
