Remote Reservations Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences?

As a Reservation Representative with The Travel Corporation, you’ll be at the forefront of selling Uniworld products to key accounts, national accounts, and travel agents. You’ll provide stellar assistance and information through sales and service calls or emails, all while upholding our high-performance standards.

• Respond promptly to emails from travel agents and guests.

About You

You have customer service experience, ideally in a call center or phone-based role, and a strong background in the travel industry is a plus. Proficiency in office applications and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and organizational prowess. Your professional presence aligns with Uniworld’s standards, and you’re eager to learn and adapt to our in-house reservations system!
