About The Role

A leading creative agency is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to drive new business growth. The role involves educating potential clients about the company's creative capabilities, managing proposal processes, and serving as the primary contact for clients. Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Services, the position requires collaborating across various business departments and maintaining a robust pipeline of new accounts.


Role & Responsibilities

- Serve as the client’s trusted strategic advisor, building deep relationships that position you as their go-to partner and a reliable resource.

- Collaborate closely with clients, acting as an extension of their team while maintaining their brand's integrity across projects to deliver an outstanding client experience.

- Take full ownership of project transitions to the operations team, ensuring a seamless hand-off and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

- Anticipate challenges proactively, stay attuned to client needs, and offer solutions that keep projects on track.

- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending events, including sourcing and completing RFPs.

- Assess inbound leads for qualification, eliminating those with insufficient budgets or misaligned needs.

- Collaborate with a parent company to identify cross-sell opportunities and build a success plan.

- Conduct initial meetings with clients to understand their goals and budget, fostering enthusiasm about creative solutions, and building trust to secure a follow-up or close.

- Develop creative account strategies that yield significant impact for clients.

- Lead creative pitch efforts to secure work and establish ongoing partnerships, particularly focusing on $1m+ AOR relationships.

- Retain and expand accounts over time.

- Support new business operations through process innovation, CRM maintenance, and effective marketing strategies.


Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in growing client accounts, including at least 3+ years within a creative agency or marketing environment.

- Proven experience in building and executing high-level strategies, with a knack for seeing the big picture and following through.

- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively across multiple teams to impact organizational goals.

- Experience securing business from medium to large-sized enterprise clients.

- Consistent track record in converting opportunities.

- A passion for design, creativity, and a marketing-driven environment.

- Proficient consultative selling and closing skills.
