About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and engaging Enrollment Specialist to support the enrollment of Medicare patients into a monthly check-in program. In this part-time role, the individual will reach out to eligible patients and encourage their enrollment in the Chronic Care Management Program. This program connects patients with registered nurses who provide monthly calls to assist them in managing chronic diseases and preventing hospital admissions. The role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are retired yet eager to continue contributing positively.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients via phone to explain the Chronic Care Management program.
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring that all required information is accurately and promptly collected.
- Stay informed about the Chronic Care Management program details and enrollment procedures.
- Foster rapport and build strong relationships with clients over the phone.
Qualifications
- Retired sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to establish trust and rapport with clients, particularly seniors.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Competent in using computers and various software applications.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Scheduling and Other Requirements
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, typically between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM EST.
- A private space from which to conduct calls.
- Access to a reliable, internet-connected computer.
